Ethan looked at Shepard and raised his eyebrows. They had been both enemies and friends since childhood. He had gone abroad with his parents, and Shepard had always stayed in the country, but their relationship had never changed.

Shepard had also seen Kara’s blushing face and suddenly felt her shy expression annoying. When he coldly stared at her lips and narrowed his eyes, no one knew what he was thinking.

Then, he just ignored Richard and followed them out.
When Richard finally came to his senses, he instantly stood up and shouted, “Wait for me! How can you enjoy the show alone? Let’s watch the fun together. We are longing for the good show for the long time.”
Noelle’s face turned pale, and she could not move as if her body had been glued to the ground. But she knew she had brought huge trouble to Kara.

“It’s really no big deal. Kara will be fine. She is just a wine deliverer. Although Mr. Brown is angry, he will not make things difficult for a nobody like her. Yes! She will be fine,” she could only say to herself in this way.
After constantly convincing and deceiving herself, she could feel less guilty.

With three loud sound, Kara just felt dizzy when he mercilessly threw her onto the Persian woolen carpet. Before she could come to her senses, the sharp pain in her jaw forced her to open her eyes. Then, she could see Shepard’s incomparably handsome face close at hand.
“Kara!”
Hearing his icy cold voice, she involuntarily shivered with fright.
Then, he slowly continued, “Kara, you really surprised me today.”
